Performance

The 2020 Acura RDX offers a capable and exciting drive. It runs on a turbocharged 2.0L 4-cylinder engine that gets up to 272 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. This works with a versatile 10-speed automatic transmission.

Front-wheel drive comes standard, but Super Handling All-Wheel Drive™ (SH-AWD®) is available on every trim level. You'll be able to take control with either drivetrain, though, thanks to standard Sequential SportShift paddle shifters.

The 2020 Honda CR-V provides you with a smooth ride, but it can't offer the same kind of power. Its 1.5L 4-cylinder engine only gets up to 190 horsepower and 179 lb-ft of torque. While it also offers both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive, its Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) isn't as capable as the transmission in the RDX.

Interior Design

Sport seats and a classic leather-wrapped steering wheel come standard in the 2020 Acura RDX. The cabin features leatherette-trimmed seats, but premium options like perforated Milano premium leather with contrast stitching are also available.

Both you and your copilot will find lots of ways to get comfortable with standard 12-way power adjustable seats with power lumbar support. You can set the perfect temperature for everyone, too, with Dual-Zone Automatic Climate Control. Plus, with the standard Panoramic Moonroof, you'll be able to enjoy a bright, sunny drive and give your passengers a nice view.

Stylish features like a leather-wrapped steering wheel and leather seats are available in the Honda CR-V, but cloth seats come standard. Other amenities like power adjustable seats, Dual-Zone Automatic Climate Control, and a moonroof are also available, but they're not offered on the first few trim levels.

Infotainment System

The Acura RDX also includes a 10.2-inch high-definition screen on top of the dashboard. It comes with Bluetooth® HandsFreeLink®, so you can stream music and make hands-free calls while you drive. You'll also be able to reply to text messages and emails without taking your hands off the wheel.

Feel free to connect your apps to the infotainment system, too. Both Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ come standard. You can even use your favorite streaming apps thanks to the standard Wi-Fi hotspot.

The Honda CR-V also offers Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, and an SMS test message function. Unfortunately, none of that technology comes standard. A Wi-Fi hotspot is not available on any trim level, either. The standard system only includes Bluetooth® and a small 5-inch screen.
