I went in on Friday 6/13/2025 for some service on my 2016 TLX. Not expecting to leave with a whole new car!! Always a good experience with Maus Acura. They are kind. They tell you everything that’s happening with your car. I like the way they provide the estimate for work. So much has changed from watching my mom get estimates at good year years ago… lol now there are text and email and you approve the work. Juan was my advisor. Very professional, responsive and communicative.
They also have a nice work station. I miss the sweets, they had doughnuts before. Bring back sweets and maybe add fruit. I don’t eat chips.

Donua was fantastic, she was very attentive, so quick to get me an appointment and incredibly helpful with making sure my vehicle was serviced before I had other obligations.
I knew the car I was looking for and Jan made it happen with zero trouble, zero hassle and didn’t keep me there longer than I needed to be. A lovely refreshing feeling compared to other experiences I’ve had. Financing desk (sorry, can’t remember your name), was smooth and not gimmicky.
