Don’t ever use them…deceitful, bring a lawyer because they are a double dealing back stabbing lemon law abusers..all over a defective key FOB…Talk about ignorant and self serving but in the end they are just used car salesman arn’t they. Buyer beware.

I love this car dealership and I love the value I get-free oil change and tire rotation for life. This time however, I had a friend take my car in for the regular covered service and he didn’t read what he was signing and only wanted what was covered but walked out paying $305 for things he thought were covered. I think it should’ve been made more clear to him and others in the future as far as what is covered and what is not…especially if they haven’t been there before. Kind of feel like he was ...

I had a pleasant experience at Maus Acura, my service advisor was Alex Williams, he is a very knowledgeable person and had my 2016 RDX diagnosis and took care of the problems that I was having. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership to my clients, friends and family.


The staff was very friendly. My issue was I was there for my 9:30am appointment for an oil change, they offered a free car wash inside and out. 2 hours and 45 minutes later I had to check where they were with my car. It took 3 hours for an oil change and I did not get the complimentary car wash. As I was waiting for them to pull my car around I was told someone called in sick, they were swamped. I completely understand but they should have kept me in the loop on how long it was going to be.

Maus Acura is fantastic to do business with. The sales process was super easy with great communication and no pressure. I would highly recommend checking out Maus for your next vehicle purchase. Ask for Luis, he's the best!
