Brought my Acura for safety recall. Process started with a phone call. Louis picked up the phone and scheduled appointment with me the very next day first thing in the morning. When I arrived, he greeted me and very quickly took the car for the service. Also offered a shuttle to take me back home. The communication was amazing. I have only used Maus for servicing my Acura's. Servicing at this dealership gets 2 stars but I added a star, solely because of STEFAN! He is the man! Honest, reliable, communicative, he truly puts his client's 1st. My 2023 MDX has had quite a few manufacturers issues, under warranty. Since January '26 the vehicle has been in the shop close to the same amount of time it has been in my possession. By no means am I blaming the defects on the dealership/service dept. My sales guy was awesome Jordan attentive from the moment I got there the finance guy James was not so good rushing the car process because he was antes to leave them saying my friend bought the extended warranty and gap he should have not compared who buys what Jordan gets 5 stars where James the finance guy get 1 star for his inadequacy he also couldn’t tell me who my finance company was when I asked not a good answer and got the answer the next day by someone else to tell me the answer

He clearly explained what my car needed and made sure everything was checked over before my upcoming road trip. The service was quick, communication was great, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. They cleaned my car, filled up the gas, and even had it parked facing the right direction when it was ready. Stephon also went above and beyond by printing out a deli recommendation for my trip.
