Blew a tire on my Integra type S. Achille’s heel of this wonderful car. Acura towed the car and Maus took over. Got a loaner as the tires were special order and the car now has new Conti Contacts for a reasonable price . Great people. Highly recommend.

He was telling us about our last visit & how he saw that we were looking at a new vehicle at the time. Let's face it.. who doesn't want a new car, right (lol). The service at Maus Acura, was truly impressive, I walked in from out of town and needed a tire rotation after receiving my car from transport, no appointment or any non assistance. They took me in welcomed me as a new client and had them immediately address my concerns and since I had a maintenance program I was beyond surprised at how accurate the vehicle checks were and most importantly covered what was needed. Definitely will be a client to work with them.

Loren was courteous and patient and was able to work out a deal for my purchase

My car and I were taken care of exceptionally well by Maus Acura. They did a thorough job on my car. I especially like the video with an explanation of my car being inspected. Then, I received a text with a link to look at what was needed or recommended. I had the choice to accept each item and knew exactly what it would cost. They did what I wanted my car was for hen cleaned and brought to me. No surprises and excellent customer service.

My vehicle was in need of a regular service. Maus notified us that is was due. We set a convenient appointment quickly. The work was performed in a timely manner. We were even given shuttle transportation to a nearby diner. Tony White was our service consultant today and was courteous, professional, and pleasant.

Stepoon the Service Advisor is the best from Day 1 when I went to the dealer to get why full detail becase when I bought it, it was about 10pm when I rode out with my TLX so next day I notice it was dirty …..but I needed to get a full detail wash. From there Steponn such a humble professional good sense of humor, through and flexible to my hours has been my service advisor since my first service repair. He manages your get me a ride to my job the VA hospital always. He deserves to claim the ladder.

Quick, professional and straight to the point... Excellent service. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the technician left my engine air filter box unscrewed. I'm glad I looked into it the very next day.

We had a wonderful experience. We live 5 hours from Tampa and felt the experience was worth the drive. Anthony was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.

I came in to just look. I ended up buying the car. Anthony was sooo knowledgeable and relatable. This has been one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I came in today for my 10:30 a.m. appointment for an oil change, which usually only takes about an hour, so I decided to wait in the lobby. Around 12:00 p.m., I was offered a ride home. When I gave my address, I was told it was a little too far and that it would be better if I stayed because my car was expected to be ready by 12:45 p.m. At 12:45 p.m., I was told my oil change was finished, but then I was informed that my engine air filter also needed to be replaced. What frustrated me the most was being told, “You actually had time to go home. It would’ve been done by the time you got back.” If that was the case, I don’t understand why I was told to stay instead of being informed about the additional service earlier. I had already been waiting for over two hours, so hearing that was very disappointing. If the additional service was important, I wish it had been brought up much sooner so I could have decided whether I wanted it done instead of finding out only after waiting so long. Better communication and more accurate time estimates would have made this experience much better.

Very happy with Anthony and the staff and the good deal they put together for me to get the vehicle that i REALLY REALLY wanted !
