Adri my service advisor was excellent!! They gave me all the options and recommended repairs without any pressure to get them all done. We handled what needed to be done immediately and things that could wait waited . Service was impeccable.

Had my MDX serviced today. Everything went fine and Stephon our service writer is great. My only complaint was the surprise 3% service fee on my credit card payment. Not cool.
I appreciate that I am immediately greeted upon arrival and that my service history is readily available for them to go over with me. The service reminder with coupons is awesome. The video recording showing me what they discovered during inspection adds transparency and trust. The Complementary car wash is an added bonus that I appreciate.

Jason, Jordan and the entire Maus Acura team provide excellent service and make the car buying experience enjoyable. There isn’t any sales pressure and they give you the best deal upfront. There isn’t 4 or 5 attempts for the right price either “let me go to talk to my manager” typical at almost all car dealerships. We’ve purchased 2 cars from them and will purchase the next there as well. I’ve been to many car dealerships in the Tampa Bay area over the past 40 years and the Maus team is hands down the best.

Anthony was an incredible! He made the process so easy and listened to what my needs/wants were as a customer.
Excellent service. Brittany was very friendly and got me in a new car the same day. I felt comfortable during the whole process, did not feel pressured to getting anything extra. Overall, really great experience and I am very happy with my new car. They even drove the car to my house.

Came in for a recall service, Tony was able to get me scheduled the morning after I called and I was able to get in and out within a couple hours. They had refreshments, free WiFi, and the employees checked to see if I needed anything while I was waiting. Overall very positive experience.

Took my MDX in to get an estimate for a repair. Dillan spend time with explaining they were doing an analysis to see if the damage caused any unseen damage to the electronics. Turned out there no other damage. Dillan then referred me to a collision center they recommend. He answered all my questions and ensured I had his number if any questions surfaced at the collision center. All was down without a service charge. Exceptional service.

What was supposed to be a routine oil change, ended up becoming belts, filters, brakes and tires being replaced . For all the work to be completed, I think a loaner should be offered, but that’s not the service agent’s responsibility. My only complaint is the credit card charge of 3% for paying with a card. But that’s not Maus Acura’s fault.
