Luis was great to work with and Jason the Sales Manager was most friendly and accommodating. The entire experience was more than could be expected and unlike any experience I have had purchasing a car. No pressure, they listened to what I wanted and needed and made it happen without the high pressure hassle most car dealerships use to have you purchase “that day only”. As a family this is our 6th Acura and we are very pleased with the car but more pleased with the dealership and sales experience. 50 star rating!

Came in for a recall service, Tony was able to get me scheduled the morning after I called and I was able to get in and out within a couple hours. They had refreshments, free WiFi, and the employees checked to see if I needed anything while I was waiting. Overall very positive experience.

Took my MDX in to get an estimate for a repair. Dillan spend time with explaining they were doing an analysis to see if the damage caused any unseen damage to the electronics. Turned out there no other damage. Dillan then referred me to a collision center they recommend. He answered all my questions and ensured I had his number if any questions surfaced at the collision center. All was down without a service charge. Exceptional service.

What was supposed to be a routine oil change, ended up becoming belts, filters, brakes and tires being replaced . For all the work to be completed, I think a loaner should be offered, but that’s not the service agent’s responsibility. My only complaint is the credit card charge of 3% for paying with a card. But that’s not Maus Acura’s fault.
